If you’re interested in a therapist who is supportive and compassionate, but also authentic, let’s set up a time to talk. We can work together to identify what it is that’s holding you back from living your best life, and come up with a plan to change that.
In addition to working with adults, Amy is also experienced in working with children (10+), and teens. As a seasoned School Counselor, Amy understands how difficult it can be to raise kids in today’s world. Being a parent is the toughest job out there, and we are all just doing our best with what we know. Amy has a passion for supporting parents and families through these times. She is happy to work directly with your child, with parents, or with the family unit together. Amy also has experience with 504 and Individual Education Plans and is happy to consult with you on them. Amy is passionate about helping clients to make positive changes in their lives, and to overcome those patterns that get us stuck.
Amy passionately works with those with ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Postpartum Depression, Relationship Issues, as well as, Life Transitions. On top of that, she is passionate about body positivity and the Health at Every Size movement. She uses the principles of Intuitive Eating to help clients improve their relationship with food and with their bodies. She can help you learn to recognize the signals our bodies are giving us and improve the trust we have with ourselves. Her approach helps her clients recognize what it is they actually want and need, and to learn to give yourself just that.
